  Bad service. Avoid if possible. Inaccurate estimated time of arrival and fare estimate, vehicle was in poor condition, CASH ONLY (except this policy was only passed after the ride! It was very lucky I had enough cash on me.) When I called for a taxi, I was told it would take a few minutes to arrive but if took half an hour. The taxi was in poor condition and almost unmarked so it was difficult to find.
  Overall, terrible. I recommend you avoid this company.

  Normally, the service is good. They come on time or sometimes early. Not sure if that is a plus. But, sometimes they seem to choose the route that will cost more. Also, if the route is longer because of driver error and we need to backtrack, they should not charge you full price for the ride. I had to pay 15.00 for a ride because the driver took a wrong turn and charged for the wrong turn and getting back on the right street. The mistake I had no problem with. But, I think a few dollars should have been taken off my fare.
